Prof. Araki was awarded Career Award  ( 功績賞 ) by IEICE for his contributions to the research and development of wireless communications.

Prof. Araki received Best Paper Award (論文賞) from IEICE for paper A Balanced mixer using asymmetric stacked lines for a quasi-millimeter wave band in May 2016.
